About the Role

For our expansion into Brazil, with a broader mandate spanning the Latin America (LATAM) and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Growth / Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to align our sales, marketing, and customer success funnels across these high-growth markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) processes, managing our regional tech stack, and driving data-driven revenue growth. You will bridge our European strategy with local market execution, ensuring our scaling engine is localized, compliant, and hyper-efficient across both the LATAM and MENA landscapes, with an immediate focus on building out our operations in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

- GTM Strategy & Process Optimization: Design, implement, and streamline end-to-end revenue operations (lead generation, pipeline management, conversion, and retention) tailored specifically to LATAM and MENA business environments.
- Tech Stack & Data Management: Own, configure, and maintain the regional CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and revenue tools, ensuring data integrity, accurate attribution, and robust pipeline visibility.
- Localized Performance Analytics: Build and monitor cross-regional dashboards, tracking key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), win rates, and sales cycle velocity across different countries.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational glue between local sales, marketing, and customer success teams, removing bottlenecks to accelerate revenue generation.
- Localization & Compliance: Partner with local teams to adapt pricing models, payment gateways, and contracting workflows to comply with regional financial regulations (e.g., local tax considerations, multi-currency handling) in LATAM and MENA, with particular attention to Brazilian regulatory requirements at launch.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to build accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and capacity planning for both regions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI), and sales engagement stacks.
- Regional Insight: Proven understanding of doing business, scaling tech products, and navigating sales cycles within emerging markets like LATAM and/or MENA.
- Language Skills: Arabic fluency is required, given the MENA scope of this role. Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is also required; Spanish is a plus for broader LATAM coverage.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong quantitative skills, an obsession with process efficiency, and the ability to turn complex regional data into actionable growth strategies.
