At Marketing, our goal is to strengthen our brand and build long-term relationships with our customers. In this role, you will work across CRM and CRO, with a strong focus on data, experimentation, and results.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead communication strategies focused on customer acquisition across different products (CRM);
- Analyze user and customer behavior and their journeys, identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements;
- Design and implement A/B tests and properly manage control groups, avoiding double or multiple exposure to different tests;
- Create automated customer journeys across different channels, including Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, ensuring optimal delivery, open, click-through, and conversion rates;
- Partner with other teams to create accurate customer segments and product recommendations;
- Ensure a high NPS by delivering the most relevant and effective communications to our users.
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Data;
- Data-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of leading CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Insider One, among others;
- Knowledge of Swipe Pages;
- Advanced English;
- Enthusiasm for working in the financial markets industry.
