Role: GTM Systems Manager, Revenue Enablement
Team: Revenue Enablement
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GTM Systems Manager to own our global go-to-market technology stack and the enablement LMS supporting it. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our customer-facing revenue teams (BDRs, AEs, and AMs across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM) and the technical teams—IT, BizApps, and CRM—that manage identity, provisioning, and core Salesforce infrastructure.
This is a true team-of-one ownership role: high autonomy, direct platform accountability, and real influence over how our revenue engine operates. If you thrive on translating field requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing SaaS investments, and driving user adoption across a global sales organization, this is for you.

The Stack
You will administer and optimize platforms across conversation intelligence, sales engagement, prospecting, LMS, and communications, including tools such as:

- Gong, MindTickle, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lusha, LeadIQ, FullEnrich, Loopio, CallHippo, Twilio
- LMS & Enablement Learning Platforms
Note: Our stack is actively evolving. Prior experience with these exact tools matters less than your ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar systems and execute transitions without disrupting the field.

What You Will Own

- Platform Administration: End-to-end configuration, system health, integrations, release management, and platform-level troubleshooting across the GTM stack.
- Technical Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Revenue Enablement and IT, BizApps, and CRM—translating business needs into technical specifications and navigating change management.
- Licensing, Access & Identity: Manage user lifecycle flows (joiner-mover-leaver), seat allocations, and tier assignments across regions. Partner with IT on SSO/SCIM behaviors and troubleshoot identity-related provisioning issues.
- LMS & Enablement Content: Own the learning platform end to end—building courses, certification programs, onboarding paths, and engaging training content reps actually use.
- Stack Rationalization & Migrations: Evaluate overlap, run vendor assessments, and lead platform cutovers from data mapping through post-go-live adoption.
- Vendor & Budget Governance: Partner with Finance to lead renewal cycles, usage-based cost control, seat true-ups, and business cases for tool expansions.
- Adoption & Analytics: Build leadership dashboards and audits tracking platform ROI, rep adoption, and operational gaps.

What the First 6 Months Look Like

- Assume primary administrative control across the stack and establish a centralized systems ownership map.
- Establish formal operating rhythms and a clear RACI matrix with IT, BizApps, and CRM.
- Tackle the existing enablement content backlog and streamline onboarding tracks.
- Lead a live platform transition through to post-launch stabilization.
- Own and execute a complete vendor renewal cycle end to end.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Enablement Tooling.
- Hands-on Platform Ownership: Proven experience as the primary or sole administrator of revenue-critical SaaS systems (not simply a power user).
- Identity & Provisioning Fluency: Practical working knowledge of SSO, SCIM, role-based access control, and user provisioning lifecycles.
- LMS Administration: Hands-on experience architecting digital learning modules, certifications, and onboarding curriculums.
- Migration Experience: Demonstrated track record of migrating from one platform to another, handling data cutovers, and managing change communication.
- Stakeholder Management & Judgment: Ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives, say "no" constructively, and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Clear Documentation: Skill in authoring standard operating procedures, system runbooks, and end-user documentation.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem architecture.
- Experience supporting multi-region sales teams with varying local workflows.
- Basic scripting or API familiarity for data auditing and bulk updates.
- Direct vendor contract negotiation and pricing evaluation experience.
