Summary Position

Own CRM strategy and lifecycle programs that improve lead nurturing, conversion, retention and customer value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define lifecycle strategy for leads, prospects and owners.
  • Design email, WhatsApp and SMS journeys and lead-nurturing programs.
  • Partner with Dealer/Sales teams on lead distribution, follow-up and conversion.
  • Build segmentation, retention and repurchase analytics.
  • Govern data quality, consent and campaign compliance with LGPD.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent pratical experience).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 5-8+ years in CRM, marketing automation or data marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, RD Station or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and privacy-by-design mindset.


Location and work-mode:

100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
